Our training programs are created to meet you where you’re at. All options are tailored to the individuals using a core service and add on service model
Our goal is to create a training program that uniquely fits the needs of your fitness goals. This can be a supplemental program or the whole catalog. Simply put, we want to offer you flexibility when it comes to providing resources to complete your training.
3. Training
We strive to bring a strong community atmosphere to an individualized training program. Each discipline and training plan will include enthusiastic and motivating coaching along with access to our integrated fitness software (Bridge) where you can find endless resources. Training plans may include:

Core/mobility/functional movement

4. Trechō Community
Our community is very important to us. With athletes and coaches located all over the country, it is integral to share resources and experiences. Whether you are running a 5k in Chicago or an Ironman in Arizona, our community stretches across the states and is ready to support you and your ambitions. Locally to our Kansas City Headquarters, we join/provide community events:

No problem. Our head strength and conditioning coach has decades of experience training in performance sports (football, baseball, basketball track, swimming, volleyball, tennis, and more). With athletes at the professional ranks in most disciplines.

No problem. We are not here to replace your training programs. We are here to add support and aid in your fitness journey. All training will be specifically curated to fit any and all active programs you may take part in.

No problem. Our coaches are well equipped to provide virtual consultation and training plans for athletes in all disciplines. Gait analysis and dynamic bike analysis has limitations but our coaches love a challenge.
