Trechō was developed to focus on complementing endurance training with appropriate strength and conditioning to meet every athlete where they are at. Whether you are looking to run your first 5k or training for you next Ironman, our team is here to support your journey.

Coming from the Greek word meaning: to run; move forward with purpose, the Trechō community is built on passionate athletes looking to push themselves in a healthy and collaborative environment.

By integrating strength training with endurance workouts, athletes build resilience and muscular capacity, enabling their bodies to endure prolonged physical stress more effectively.

    At Trechō, we leverage advanced data profiling techniques to analyze each athlete’s unique training responses. This approach allows us to identify targeted movements and optimal training modalities. Incorporating these data-driven strategies into endurance training programs transforms strength work from a supplementary activity into a strategic tool that drives tangible performance gains.

  • Gait analysis and technique for runners involve assessing stride mechanics to improve efficiency, prevent injury, and enhance overall performance. By examining factors such as foot strike, cadence, stride length, and body alignment, runners can identify areas for improvement and optimize their running form.

    Our advanced gait analysis software, RunDNA, offers detailed insights by capturing and analyzing running patterns with precision. This technology enables coaches to deliver personalized feedback and targeted training recommendations.

  • Sports nutrition focuses on optimizing diet and hydration to enhance athletic performance, recovery, and overall health. Using our fully integrated Trechō mobile application, our coaches offer a wide variety of resources for precise nutritional plans tailored to both race and training needs. This comprehensive approach ensures athletes receive personalized guidance that supports their unique goals, promotes efficient energy use, and aids in faster recovery.

  • Appropriate bike mechanics help increase comfort on the saddle and reduce the risk of injury, leading to more effective and enjoyable training sessions. Proper bike fit ensures that your body is positioned to maximize efficiency and minimize strain. Bike fitting can be combined with dynamic bike analysis using our Zwift setup to maximize in vivo movements and efficiency on the bike. This comprehensive approach helps cyclists optimize their posture, pedaling technique, and overall performance by providing real-time feedback and adjustments tailored to their unique physiology and riding style.

  • Swim sessions are designed to focus on the refinement of swimming technique, the improvement of efficiency, and the enhancement of overall performance in the water. Through targeted drills and personalized feedback, swimmers learn to optimize stroke mechanics, body positioning, and breathing patterns. Direct communication with a swim-specific coach ensures that each athlete receives tailored guidance addressing their unique strengths and weaknesses.

How We Differ

We bring a comprehensive approach to training from a diverse background of coaches and expertise. Our coaches have trained more then 200+ Division I - III and professional athletes ranging from track and field, swimming, baseball, volleyball, and football along with pro-am athletes competing in marathons, ultras, triathlons, and Ironman competitions.

Utilizing a state of the art integrated training software and innovative solutions including, industry leading gait analysis and zwift cycling modalities, our coaches are able to communicate directly with their athletes giving real time feedback. All training plans are individualized to the athletes goals, whether those are long term goals, or specific event milestones.

WHO’S WELCOME

All age groups and disciplines are encouraged to reach out for individualized training programs. Many of our athletes come with active endurance training plans (running, cycling, swimming) and would like to have a complimentary strength and training program to match. Others may want a complete training program including endurance training, strength and conditioning, and nutritional consulting.

Run DNA Gait Analysis

Our goal is to bring the highest level of analytics to the everyday athlete. With RunDNA as a major component of our runners' and athletes' programming, we are able to deeply analyze each athlete's gait through a comprehensive assessment of factors including strength, mobility, biomechanics, and injury history. This detailed insight allows us to tailor programs precisely to address any deficiencies, ultimately resulting in measurable performance improvements.

Zwift Training

To bring interactive training to our athletes, we have a complete Zwift setup. The combination of the KICKR Core Zwift Trainer and the Zwift Ride bike allows us to seamlessly integrate any athlete’s bike into the training program or adjust the Zwift Ride bike to the appropriate measurements. Athletes can actively participate in Zwift group rides or competitions from the safety and comfort of our facility, regardless of weather conditions. Our coaches monitor performance in real time and provide immediate feedback to improve power output and efficiency.
