New clients start with an initial planning session that involves movement evaluation, goal identification, and workout strategy development, fostering clear communication and accountability between the athlete and coach. Each session also incorporates a thorough assessment of mobility and stability across the entire kinetic chain, ensuring a well-rounded training foundation.

Gait Analysis.

Gait analysis for our athletes studies how your body moves while running, focusing on mechanics like foot strike, pronation or supination, stride length and cadence, joint movement in the ankles, knees, and hips, and overall posture and symmetry. By recording and analyzing these factors with video, treadmill testing, and by motion sensor, our coaches can identify patterns that may affect performance and overall injury risk. This information helps guide recommendations for running technique, exercises, or footwear, with the goal of improving efficiency, preventing injuries, and making running feel smoother and safer.

Sports nutrition focuses on how food and hydration fuel athletic performance, recovery, and overall health. It emphasizes eating the right balance of carbohydrates for energy, protein for muscle repair, and healthy fats for endurance, along with proper vitamins, minerals, and fluids to support training demands. bike fitting and Cycling consulting

Bike fitting and cycling coaching work together to improve comfort, efficiency, and performance on the bike. A proper bike fit adjusts the rider’s position—saddle height, handlebar reach, and pedal alignment—to reduce injury risk, enhance power transfer, and make long rides more comfortable. Cycling coaching complements this by providing structured training plans, technique guidance, and performance feedback to help riders build endurance, strength, and speed while achieving their personal goals safely and effectively.

Swim sessions focus on improving technique, efficiency, and performance in the water while building strength and endurance. Work with one of our coaches to help swimmer refine your stroke mechanics, breathing patterns, body position, and kick efficiency to reduce drag and maximize speed.
