Trechō was developed to focus on complementing endurance training with appropriate strength and conditioning to meet every athlete where they are at. Whether you are looking to run your first 5k or training for you next Ironman, our team is here to support your journey.
Coming from the Greek word meaning: to run; move forward with purpose, the Trechō community is built on passionate athletes looking to push themselves in a healthy and collaborative environment.

How We Differ
We bring a comprehensive approach to training from a diverse background of coaches and expertise. Our coaches have trained more then 200+ Division I - III and professional athletes ranging from track and field, swimming, baseball, volleyball, and football along with pro-am athletes competing in marathons, ultras, triathlons, and Ironman competitions.
Utilizing a state of the art integrated training software, our coaches are able to communicate directly with their athletes giving real time feedback. All training plans are individualized to the athletes goals, whether those are long term goals, or specific event milestones.
WHO’S WELCOME
All age groups and disciplines are encouraged to reach out for individualized training programs. Many of our athletes come with active endurance training plans (running, cycling, swimming) and would like to have a complimentary strength and training program to match. Others may want a complete training program including endurance training, strength and conditioning, and nutritional consulting.
